Meet the staff

Imagine that you have decided that you want to start a business. Imagine that you have a dream that you would like to see come true. Imagine that you know that this dream will be long and difficult, a nightmare at times.

Imagine that you want only certain people to share this experience with you. Imagine that you worry that you will never be able to find just the right people for the job. Now imagine how happy I am to know that I did.

This group of wonderful, talented women will work tirelessly to provide exceptional care and compassionate support to bring you to a successful resolution. I hope you will learn a little about them on these next pages but, when asked to provide individual photos, there was so much grousing, that I suggested an alternative.

Sincerely,

Becky Kubala, R.N.
Executive Director

Becky Kubala, RNBecky Kubala R.N.

Executive Director

Luckily Becky has had her hair cut by someone other than her Mom for many years and she did eventually grow into her pouty lips. (She likes to think she has better fashion sense, too.) Born and raised in St. Louis, she attended Ritenour High School until a move as a senior to Parkway West. Her nursing education was through Missouri Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. She had a wonderful women's health career at St. Lukes Hospital, working midnight shift for 17 years. She then took a job for a large Ob-Gyn practice at SJMMC. This was where she learned to love caring for infertility patients.

Raised by two caring, motivated parents, she developed a love for service, an abiding faith, and a fighting spirit for the underdog. After thirty years of marriage, she lovingly saw her husband, Ken, head home in January 2004. His battle with metastatic renal cell cancer taught her that love and support is the most important gift you can give. That emotional journey only strengthened her determination to make P.A.R.I.N.T.S. the best - she knows her Kenny continues to guide and support her. Anyone who knows Becky, knows that she is the most proud of her three beautiful daughters, (beautiful inside & out): Amy, born 11/1976 lives in Chicago where she works in Marketing and Advertising. Kelly, born 1/1980, works at Edgewood Children's Home and Barnes - Jewish Hospital as a Social Worker. She lives in the Central West End. Cassy, born 1/1983 lives on The Hill and works as an occupational therapist at The Rehab Institute of St. Louis. The youngest Kubala is Rolly, her Bichon Frise born 10/1993, who is the true boss of her home.

With over 20 years of nursing experience, she leapt into the idea of P.A.R.I.N.T.S. as a way to bring peace to struggling couples. The personal joy has been immense and now the sky is the limit.

Debbie Ramsey, RDMSDebbie Ramsey, RDMS

Ultrasonographer

Debbie was born and raised in the Mehlville School District. Her original training was as a radiology technician but she became interested in performing ultrasounds and pursued that training. Since 1984, she has never been bored with her work in women's health. She hopes that as your "picture taker" she can show you your ovaries on good behavior and then hopefully your first baby picture.

Her career duties have recently slowed as she and Alan raise their daughter Bessie, born 12/2000. Becky at P.A.R.I.N.T.S. helped make this wonderful, wild, and precious person possible. As parents they laugh at all the crazy things Bessie does and now see the world through her bright and unbiased eyes. Debbie is very proud of Alan, a Bridgeton/Pattonville firefighter.

Jen Sudduth, RN, BSNJen Sudduth, RN, BSN

Nurse

Jen came to P.A.R.I.N.T.S. with more than three and half years of infertility and IVF experience. She is a 1997 graduate of Deaconess College of Nursing. Her nursing experience has always revolved around the health of women, having been a high-risk Ob/Gyn nurse prior to entering the infertility field. She feels extreme fulfillment in helping couples through their ups and downs of infertility treatment, providing both physical and emotional support.

Jen has been happily married to Mike since 1998 and is the proud mother of Jake, born 1/2004 and Cameron 6/2006. Parenting has changed her life and she wants to help change yours. Having known Becky since she started working in infertility in early 1999, she feels at home with P.A.R.I.N.T.S. and feels honored to be a member of the wonderful P.A.R.I.N.T.S. team.

Renee Winborn, RDMS, APS, LPNRenee Winborn

Ultrasonographer

Renee has been in the high-risk Ob/Gyn field for the last 25 years. In 2001, she achieved advanced Ob/Gyn Practice Sonographer status. Renee has been married since 1998 to Richard, a used and rare book scout/dealer. She is very close to her family, especially nieces Megan and Emily, and nephews Zachary and Alexander.

Renee has long had a special place in her heart for infertility patients, beginning with her participation with the first IVF program in St. Louis. She brings her years of experience, talent, and compassion to P.A.R.I.N.T.S.
