Our greatest success has been with doctors who refer early in the process and when we have been introduced as the nurses who provide infertility care for the practice. This gives patients a feeling of continuity and efficient care. We recognize that each practice is different and has unique needs and we're prepared to collaborate with your practice as you think most appropriate. Whatever it Takes Patient education on cycles and hormone function, sperm development and transport: It's never too early for us to sit down with someone. The more they understand how things work and the closer they are guided, the less advanced intervention is required. Our initial consultations with patients are typically 90 minutes and the patient leaves with an abundance of printed material and a beginning relationship with PARINTS.
After you review our consult notes and suggestions, we implement the plan of care that you agree is appropriate including cycle management: BBT review, medication education and administration, ultrasounds, sperm wash, and IUI.

Backup As Needed Ultrasounds or IUI when you are unable to provide those services due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or vacation. Our ultrasounds are performed by RDMS technologists proficient in fertility care. Our lab director, Al Smith PhD, HCLD (ABB) is the owner of Fertility Lab Consulting and our laboratory is high-complexity CLIA-approved.

Sperm Wash Only Laboratory preparation of sperm samples when you prefer that the IUI be performed in your office. We perform an average of 60 sperm preps per month using the most widely accepted techniques indicated by most recent research within the standards required by our laboratory director.

Worry-Free Weekends Ultrasounds are available every Saturday. IUIs can be provided Saturday and Sunday. Registered nurses are in the office 8 a.m. to noon every Saturday and as scheduled on Sunday (with 24 hour notice). We are also available on holidays.
